How does it work?


BOOKING IS AN EASY – 2- STEP PROCESS:

STEP 1 - USE THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, TO PURCHASE YOUR PHOTO PACKAGES.

STEP 2 - AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR PHOTO PACKAGES, USE THE LINK IN YOUR PHOTO PACKAGE CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO SELECT & BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES!


-PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU WILL NEED 1 PHOTO PACKAGE FOR EACH COSTUME/LOOK YOU WISH TO TAKE PHOTOS IN
(OR A MULTIPLE IMAGE PACKAGE WHICH ALLOWS FOR THE NUMBER OF COSTUMES YOU WISH TO TAKE PHOTOS IN).

So, how many photo packages will I need?

 


YOU WILL NEED ONE PHOTO PACKAGE FOR EACH COSTUME THAT YOU WISH TO TAKE PHOTOS IN.

EXAMPLE: IF YOU WISH TO TAKE PHOTOS IN 2 COSTUMES, YOU CAN PURCHASE EITHER:

2 BRONZE PACKAGES, 2 SILVER PACKAGES, OR 2 GOLD PACKAGES.

IF YOU HAVE 6 COSTUMES YOU WISH TO TAKE PHOTOS IN, YOU CAN PURCHASE 6 BRONZE PACKAGES, 6 SILVER PACKAGES, OR A DIAMOND PACKAGE!

Check your Email & Book Your Session(s)

Pick Your Package

During your 10 minute session we will take at least 20 photographs of your dancer.

With years of experience in both dance and dance photography we are always happy to direct and pose your dancer, but we also love when your dancer comes ready with favorite jumps, tricks, and poses.

After your session you will receive an email with a link to an online gallery where you will have the opportunity to choose your favorite pose.


Once you select your Photo Packages scroll down to the calendar to select your session times.

Please note that you will need 1 appointment for every photo package you have purchased or for every pose within a package (For example: you will book 4 session times for a Gold package)

Please ensure you leave at least 10 – 15 minute gaps in between your appointment times so you have time for your costume changes!.

Choose the package below that best fits your needs.

You will need one photo session for each costume that you wish to take photos in.

Example: If you wish to take photos in 2 costumes, you can purchase either: 2 Bronze Packages, 2 Silver Packages, or 2 Gold Packages. If you have 6 costumes you wish to take photos in, you can purchase 6 Bronze Packages, 6 Silver Packages, or a Diamond Package!

How Do I Order a group Portrait?

We want to make sure there are enough time slots for every dancer who wants one.  To do this, we ask that you commit to purchasing one package per desired time slot.  If you know you want 4 or more time slots, the Platinum, Sapphire, and Diamond packages are great options.  Each includes several time slots.

Just because you pre-purchased a package, you do not need to stay with that choice! You can always change your mind. Your pre-payment acts like a gift certificate, and you can use that towards anything in our store. In our store we carry numerous high-quality wall art options in addition to the print packages.

We love when dancers choose to wear regular dancewear just as much as when they wear their costumes.  Having portraits done in regular dancewear offers the opportunity for the dance technique and personality of the dancer to take center stage.  This is a great option if you choose one of the multi-pose packages.

After your portrait session, you will receive an email with a link to your unedited portrait proofs as well as your gift card code from your pre-purchased package.  From your gallery you will be able to pick your favorite portraits and finalize your order.  Your portrait order will be edited, printed and shipped directly to your home.  If you select a package that includes a digital portrait, you will receive those via email.

After your all group portraits are completed you will receive an email with a link to the group portrait gallery.  You can order your group portraits directly from the group gallery, and they will be shipped directly to your home.
